Lot Maintenance & Overgrown Weeds
It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain their property to
prevent the growth or accumulation of any grass, weeds, or non-native
undergrowth. The local council (Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor - MDKS) has issued
a letter to inform all property owners to keep their lots free from lallang and
weeds.Kindly ensure that your lots are well maintained regularly so that it will
prevent snakes from hiding in the undergrowth, will not be an eyesore to the
residents living in the area and will not be a fire hazard.
