The Association appreciates the physical difficulty of fitting such a long name in the space provided on a cheque and suggests you use two lines.

Sungai Buloh Country Resort Homeowners' Association (SBCRHA) Membership is open to all Homeowners (Full Membership)
and Tenants (Associate Membership) as follows:

1.             MEMBERSHIP

1.1.       Ordinary Member
Ordinary Membership shall be confined to the beneficial owner(s) registered proprietor(s) of properties in Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh. Selangor Darul Ehsan, known as lots (and as defined In the Deed of Mutual Covenants (hereinafter referred to as 'The Deed of Mutual Covenants") entered into between the developer, Glomac Enterprise Sdn. Bhd, (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Developer’) and the beneficial owner(s) registered proprietor(s) or their permitted assigns) and who are above 18 years of age.

1.1.1.     In the event there shall be more than one beneficial owner/registered proprietor to a property, the owners/registered proprietors shall nominate one person among them to be the Ordinary Member.

1.1.2.     In the event the beneficial owner/registered proprietor shall be a company or an unincorporated body duly established according to the law, the Ordinary Member shall be a duly authorised representative of the company or unincorporated body, duly appointed in writing and notified to the Association

1.2.       Associate Member
Associate Membership shall be confined to persons who are residents of properties in Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh, Selangor Darul Ehsan who are not the beneficial owner(s) or registered proprietor(s) of the lot, which persons shall include lessees, tenants and occupants. An Associate Member shall not be entitled to vote or stand for election or to hold office. However, he may be co-opted by the Executive Committee to hold office in sub-committees or to perform special functions.

1.3.       Honorary Members
The Executive Committee may invite any individual to become an Honorary Member. An Honorary Member shall pay no fees and shall not be entitled to vote or hold office.
