INVITATION TO 7TH AGM

ON 11 MARCH , 2012

The Executive Committee has the pleasure of inviting you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Sungai Buloh Country Resort Homeowners’ Association (SBCRHA), which will be held on:

Sunday, 11 March 2012 at 10.00 am

at the Kelab Saujana Utama, Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh

PROGRAMME:

 

 

·        Registration

·        President’s Message

·        Confirm the minutes of the last AGM

·        Receive and, if approved, to adopt the Executive Committee's Annual Report for the year 2011

·        Review and, if approved, to adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year 2011

·        Elect Committee Members for 2012/2013

·        Transact any other business

·        Closing remarks

Lunch - “nasi padang style” will be served.

Non-members are welcome to attend but will not be eligible to vote.

Welcome to the SBCRHA E-Community Website.

Sungai Buloh Country Resort Homeowners' Association (SBCRHA) was registered on 20th March, 2006 with the objectives of:

  1. Promoting a "kampung style” of living together with goodwill, harmony, and unity among the residents of Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh.

  2. Jointly safeguarding the prestige and value of Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh and the interest of the residents.

  3. To promote sporting, social and recreational activities amongst the residents of Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh.

  4. To enhance the environment and security of Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh.

  5. To identify common concerns and issues of the residents of Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh for the attention of the developer of Sungai Buloh Country Resort, Sungai Buloh and/or such other proper authorities for their necessary action.

This Web Site has been established as the primary method of communication between the members and as a way of reaching lot owners who have not yet built or moved in but want to be involved or informed on developments in SBCR Phase 1, 2 & 3.

The VISION for Sungai Buloh Country Resort was laid down by Glomac in their Original Sales Brochures, Glomac's various 8-Page Sales Flyers and articles in the press promoting the project. Like the article by Dato' Mohamed Mansor bin Fateh Din - Group Executive Chairman / Chief Executive Officer in the publication 'Corporate World, February 1999'.

Residents and Lot Owners bought their properties based on a "Vision of Living" portrayed by Glomac and it is the goal of SBCRHA to work towards getting all these promises fulfilled. It is hope that as more Residents and Lot Owners join the association our collective weight will bare more and more on Glomac or either through negotiation.

If you are a Resident of SBCR or a SBCR Lot Owner who has not yet built and wish to join the association, the membership form can be downloaded from this site and mailed together with your Registration Fee (RM 50.00) and Annual Subscription (RM 100.00) a total of RM 150.00 to the Membership Secretary. Cheque should be made out to "Sungai Buloh Resort Homeowners' Association". The mailing address is on the form.
